I have added a link to another non-profit website through the Menu Links of my site using Drupal CMS.

I want to add a nofollow tag to this link through Drupal and people say I should do it through htaccess.

Since this non-profit link is on ALL of my pages I want to add a nofollow attribute for SEO purposes.

Any help on how I need to do that?

Can't be done. The .htaccess file is for manipulating how people request pages on your site.
