Can't start Apache- "module could not be found" error

I've had Apache installed for a couple of years now. Never had a problem with it. All of the sudden now I am receiving this error:

httpd.exe- Syntax error on line 60 of
C:/Program Files/Apache Foundation/Apache 2.2/conf/httpd.conf
cannot load
C:/Program Files/Apache Foundation/Apache 2.2/modules/mod_actions.so into server. The specified module could not be found.

I have no idea what could have happened, it has been working fine up until now. I looked and don't see a "modules" directory inside the Apache 2.2 directory, so I guess it's right, stating that it could not be found, but I don't have a clue how it got that way or how to fix it! Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Seems it was deleted or perhaps you just don't see it because it was hidden or something. Check your "Recycle bin" and Restore it if you find it. Otherwise, you may need to download and install new.
