Make apache treat asp file as php files?

Hi,

Thanks very much for reading my first post on Web Master World.

Is it possible to make apache treat asp file as php files?

The reason i ask is because i have recently rebuilt my site as a joomla site on an apache but it was previously an asp site on IIS 6 and i am trying to 301 redirect all the old urls (such as [mysite.com...] to their corresponding pages on new site.

Is there some sort of AddHandler i can use to enable ASP support as i would prefer not to remake apache is with asp support as suggested in [apache-asp.org....]
