GUI for Apache hosted site

Hello,

I have been using cPanel to manage one of our hosted sites for a couple of years now and I really like it. However, it looks like we're going to be moving the site in-house and because cPanel is only available for commercial use for hosting companies (unless I'm wrong), I'm looking for something similar to manage our site once it's moved to our own dedicated linux server.

I know I can get Webmin and phpMyadmin as tools for a stand-alone server, but is there a stand-alone cPanel equivalent out there that will allow me to manage files and services?

The webmin people also make Virtualmin and there is also ISPConfig
