Newbie question (Apache Test Page and Proxy Server)

Hello everyone,

I've been trying to put together a small in-house web app and make it accessible via TCP/IP but I have not been able to view anything other than the apache text page from a machine using TCP/IP. Machines on the same network are able to see the appropriate PhpMyAdmin index. I imagine there is something I have not configured correctly?

Any feedback is appreciated.
