.htaccess issue

I am on joomla I did overwrite the htaccess that was pre installed in the package with my own .htaccess file to do a www redirect and now only my homepage works, none of my menu work...
i think i screwed up something how i can reinstall the original .htaccess

Get it from the original Joomla installation package.

The issue i can't find the orignal package that was saved on my server too, it seems that it got hidden somewhere because of what i did ?

any idea on how to find it ?
