Attack using blank referer? HELP!

Hello to all, thankfully the JdMorgan that help me a lot.

well, a while ago I had a problem of "Atack" only he used a Referer is I can indentifica this atack is to stop, even I was JdMorgan help. only now there Referer.

So how am I going to / block this atack?

follows an image of such Referer without identification:

can not identify the Referer.

The Referer is "-"

the last time because we used a Referer block for identifying, only now without Referer: (

Three more methods:

1) Block using a user-agent white-list (allow only real browsers and robots)
2) Check *all* HTTP request headers. Block if headers are not those of a real browser or robot
3) Block the IP address ranges sending these "attack" requests
