htaccess filter by hostname

I've been getting a lot of hits from webservers (the type of traffic no one really wants - script kiddies, scrapers, etc)

A lot of them have host addresses like:
servername.someshoddyhosting.com

How can I deny website access to anyone with "hosting" in their address?
