I have a website e.g. example.com and when I type in the browser's address bar: "example.com" or "www.example.com" it redirect me to example.com (without www); how can I do to redirect me to www.example.com (with www)

I open a ticket and they told me smth like:

but I don't understand how than can help me

my site redirect automatically to my non www url; how can I stop it?

Something in your DNS or server set-up is doing this redirect -- It won't happen automatically 'by magic.' You will have to find the cause and remove it. Look in your host-provided Web site 'Control Panel' first if you have one.

If your hosting company can't help, you need a better hosting company.

there were a www shortcut + a e-commerce installation settings (there were no .htaccess with that settings - that make me wonder where is the problem)
