If your replacement string contains whitespaces, place double quotes around it. Ex. RewriteRule ^/?do/re/me/fa\.html$ "http://www.doreme.com/do re me fa.html" [L]

Umm, yes, but you shouldn't be using spaces or underscores in URLs.

There are lots of good reasons why both are a very bad idea.
