I can't find module 'mod_headers'

Amigos, probably my question is stupid:) but have wrong fact: i can't find module 'mod_headers' for apache 2.x under windows:) help me, Please.

If you mean that mod_headers.so is not present, then it was probably not compiled-in to your Apache build. You will need to re-build Apache or get a different "bundled" package that includes more of the optional Apache modules.

i don't understand why: mod is downloaded rightly but directive 'Header set Cache-Control "max-age=172800"' crushes apache down.
