Hello,

I was inspecting error logs on the server and i found a couple of entries under the 404 errors below:

http://www.anonymous proxy list.net/azenv2.php 4
http://www.internet sec.org/azenv.php 1

Can anyone tell me what this azenv.php file is? i searched and it seems to be like a proxy thing... but I am not sure how it is related to my website.

FYI, i am using joomla CMS.

Is it a hack that i need to worry about?

please advice.

Thanks

It is someone looking to see if that file exists on your server.

if it did exist, they would next be trying to hack it.

If it doesn't exist, then you are probably safe.

However, now you published a link to those URLs here, Google will now keep on coming back and asking your server for those URLs for several years into the future.

If something doesn't exist, don't link to it.
