I want to setup a free subdomain hosting on my server with .htaccess file, need to write a one condition for all subdomains, a redirection will be like http://subdomain.example.com to http://example.com/sub folder, but need to show a http://subdomain.example.com/anyfile URL on users browser instead of http://subdomain.example.com/sub/anyfile.

Without any indication of how you've tried to code this, all I can do is suggest that you refer to our forum charter [webmasterworld.com] for important information about this forum and several links to basic information, and that you try a search [google.com] to find many previous threads on this subject. Hopefully, these resource will get you started.
