Vulnerability on Apache File Creation Leakage

Apache is leaking out new files information.

I am not sure how yet but I know for a fact there is a vulnerability within apache that leaks out information on changed or updated files and the file name. This vulnerability is beeing exploited both by hackers and SE's.

I think this vulnerabilty was discovered about three years ago and there has been a whole list of things that happenned since within major SE's to cover the fact they are discovering new pages through a hack. Things like sitemap.xml and rel="no follow". All are misdirection.
