Many URLS to redirect, some sort of automation? Almost got the answer

Hello all,
I am working on 301 redirecting a bunch of URLS I have in an Excel sheet. I have two columns, old and new.

I found this post which pretty well describes exactly what I'm trying to accomplish: [webmasterworld.com...]

An excerpt - "I have done a 301 redirect earlier in which all the urls of 1 folder of the site were redirected to the main page of the site. That was pretty simple coz there was only a single destination url. But now I wish to give individual pair of source and destination url's. "

Looks like the link they provided for help has since been moved or deleted but it sounds like it would help me greatly.
