I would like to block all deeplinks to www.mywebsite.com/example/index.htm (or any other deeplink to any other webpage other them my homepage) and send them automaticly to www.mywebsite.com. (root)

Does anybody know the trick to do this?

(hotlinks/inlinelinks are already blocked through the .htaccess file))

While this is a simple application of mod_alias or mod_rewrite, it's also suicidal from a Search Engine and usability standpoint. I'll refer you the the Apache documentation in lieu of helping you kill your site.

This would be classified as a "tricky redirect" under Google's Webmaster Guidelines, and likely invoke a penalty in addition to the natural ranking-loss results of your taking all but your home page out of the SERPs.
