www.my-example.com/?ref=other-example.com this is what i find at top of the results, when I copy a part of my text and search for that on google, I have NO idea what /?ref=other-example.com is, but when I click include ommited results my domain is there also.

So what can I do be cause I once again think google can not do the Math here that the real page is the one with all the links to it, so I have to something about this wierd url addition, anyone know what to do, Im no server nerd.

Redirect your home page with any query-string to your home page without any query string. On Apache, you'll need to use mod_rewrite, with both a RewriteRule and a RewriteCond to examine the QUERY_STRING value (for non-blank).

I have looked at it, but I really dont have much knowledge about server stuff, until now I have only found this one /?ref=other-example.com after my original domain and ofcause want it out of the Google index, can a robots.txt not do the job or is there a solution when anything with with /? is a 404, be cause all my pages are SE friendly by .htaccess.

Time to learn, then... That thread gives a fairly in-depth treatment of the subject, and is likely the best we can do, since everybody's needs and servers are a bit different.

It will be up to you to learn enough to select and/or adapt a solution from that thread and others. The resources cited in our Forum Charter may prove handy...

Where does it come from?

I am guessing the URL in question has been posted as a link somewhere, but with broken HTML code, or maybe it comes from a log file somewhere where ?ref=... refers to the referrer.
