I had 3 links pages which I've now incorporated into 1. I then added the following into my htaccess:

Redirect 301 /Links1.htm [mysite.com...]
Redirect 301 /Links2.htm [mysite.com...]
Redirect 301 /Links3.htm [mysite.com...]

Is this right? Will this prevent search engines from indexing the older pages and pass any PR onto the new ones?

That looks fine. But if the old Links pages are literally named Links1 through Links3, then you could do them all with one RedirectMatch directive:

RedirectMatch 301 ^/Links[1-3]\.htm$ http://www.mysite.com/newpage.htm
