Hi Everyone,

I appreciate it if someone could help me with this weired problem. One of our clients' site has been giving the above error since yesterday. Although, we have not changed any settings on our host server or domain registrar. I rechecked everything and when i couldn't find any issues, i remotely logged in to our host server based in Canada (where this site is hosted) and tried to access the site. Amazingly, it worked and the site loaded. I appreciate your feedback on what could possibly cause this problem.

Thanks,

Ali Husayni

If you're getting "Server not Found" it is almost certainly a DNS problem. If you're familiar with using DNS tools (for example, Sam Spade), you might want to thoroughly check out the domain DNS, and run a reverse-DNS check on your IP address as well. If not, you might ask your host to look into this.

Someone somewhere, has misconfigured a DNS server, and has dropped your DNS records.
