Im new to it so if smeone can just tell me a step by step procedure to follow it wuld do great goood to me. searching really doesnt help if it was so i wuld have never posted the topic here.

The next step might be to review these previous threads [google.com] to find the ones that match what you are trying to do. Some of them may even contain the exact solution you are looking for.
