Something hammered my site for over an hour!

Not sure what it is, please assist

hi

got hammered today for over an hour.

all i saw in my log files was is below

207.43.224.72 - - [19/Feb/2008:18:06:18 -0800] "GET /icons/small/binary.png HTTP/1.0" 200 172 "-" "Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 4.0; Windows NT; ....../1.0 )"

It started at...

207.43.224.72 - - [19/Feb/2008:17:07:58 -0800]

ended this time...

207.43.224.72 - - [19/Feb/2008:18:13:24 -0800]

As you can see, it was for over an hour!

What does it mean?

I sent my entire log file to abuse@sprint.net

Sprints a cell phone company that charges users based on minutes (similar to internet providers bandwidth based charges), why should they care that their customer is accessing a website with a tool (cell phone or computer) that is using an inadequate browser (excessive reads on same pages and excessive cache attempts).

The key to denying this is too focus on the successive periods.
The same deny will catch some other bots as well.
