Installing FrontPage Extensions on Apache CentOS 4

I'm running an Apache CentOS 4 server through GoDaddy, and I'm using Microsoft Expression Web to publish my site.

Everything works except the forms.

It seems Expression Web, even though it is a new release from Microsoft, still requires FrontPage extensions.

The problem is that Apache CentOS 4 does not have FrontPage extensions.

Is there a way to install them?
