change Host Linux and web did not work

I uesed a Linux Host for my web in 1 year , yesterday i buy a new Linux host for http://www.example.com, i uploaded my web site to new host by Host Ip address , then change the DNS to new Host ...but today i try many time to open my web but it seem does work ...all the time Appear the letters below on brower :

http://www.example.com is currently under construction, please visit later or contact us for more information. Thank you

This sounds like the DNS setup was successful, but either the server is not properly configured, or you uploaded the files to the wrong directory.

If this is a commercial hosting company, I would suggest contacting their Help Desk, or re-reading their Frequently-Asked-Questions (FAQ) section.
