question guys, how do i forward everything in my site, EXCEPT for 1?

I have a folder i need to forward. the problem is it forwards any and all of the subfolders as well, which is fine, except one of the subfolders is my ecommerce store which i cant move just yet (im changing hosts). How do i go about using .htaccess to forward everything except for that one folder?
