Hi everyone, I want to redirect

[everything.mydomain.com...]
to
[mydomain.com...]

Well, actually {everything} is not a FOLDER. It's just a URL parameter! I've asked my webserver to turn Wildcard DNS on and they did. What about htaccess?

Thanks!

Actually, you probably want an internal rewrite, not an external redirect.

This subject has been much-discussed here, so I'd suggest a search [google.com].

For more information, see the documents cited in our forum charter [webmasterworld.com] and the tutorials in the Apache forum section of the WebmasterWorld library [webmasterworld.com].
