Forbidden

Error message

Hi ,

I just set up Apache and am getting a "FORbidden you dont have access to this site " message on my apache
when I type in 127.0.0.1

What i have done :

Changed my server root
Added
option +include (for SSI)
option indexes followsym blah
ADDType text blah
ADDhandler blah

now I am still trying to get ssi working but have this problem with the error message .

any suggestions?
