Enabling SSL on Virtual Host ONLY

Would appreciate suggestions on the following:

Do not want to allow SSL/HTTPS in general on a server due to specific security requirements. However, would like to setup one virtual host that IS allowed to use SSL.

Using Apache 2.0.58-r2 on Gentoo.
