Adding Adsense Code to HTML pages with Apache

How do certain free web hosting companies add AdSense banner to each page?

Respected Webmasters
I have dedicated one of my hosting accounts for free hosting by various persons, with a view to generate some revenue by putting Google AdSense ad codes. I intend that Google AdSense ads should be displayed along with those HTML pages. Google now does not to Google AdSense in mulitple framed pages. I want to learn how I can put Google AdSense script so that Google AdSense ads appear automatically when any page is displayed without edit each page to add AdSense code in each of that page. As Netfirms.com and many hosting companies which also provide free hosting services display Google AdSense ads, when the HTML pages of their free web space account holders are displayed, that means these companies do not edit HTML pages of their account holders but Google AdSense banners or text ads are displayed on top or in the bottom of each displayed page (not in the frame of that page). PLEASE HELP ME HOW I CAN DO THAT.
Kindly help me ... Kind regards

There are ways to set up your server so that it ads extra code to every page. In IIS just go to the Documents Tab in internet information manager and click on Enable Document Footer. I'm not sure how to do it in Apache.
