404 for existing page?

Dear respected members,

I need to show Error 404 for a few pages that exist on the server. I heard it's possible with htacess but don't know how. Could you please help me to display Error 404 for the following urls:

www.example.com/pics/index.php?x=001_Winter%20Vacation%20.jpg
www.example.com/pics/index.php?x=001_Winter%20Vacation%20.jpg&order=1
www.example.com/pics/001_Winter%20Vacation-Images.html
www.example.com/pics/index.php?page=2

There are some more pages, but if you can help me with the 4 pages above, I can do the rest. I hope one of you can and will help me with this.

The best way would be to remove the pages. then they will be 404s.

Don't you think if I could remove the pages, I probably wouldn't ask this question.

Anyway, it's now done. I got help from Google.
