can any one help me how to remove apache, perl, mysql services

can one help me ..how to remove the apache, mysql services from windows.. i have a problem on installing otrs in my system because of apache and mysql.. i uninstall everything and deleted folders from my system... then when i try to install otrs2.1 it is saying that.. apache, mysql, perl or cron are running. uninstall them n try to install again.. this my problem.. can anyone help me removeing the apache and mysql services from windows..

I assume you run WindowsXP. Try:

start -> all programs -> (select appropriate) -> uninstall

or

start -> control panel -> add or remove programs (don't just delete the program files folders!)

or

start -> control panel -> administrative tools -> services (stop the service)

or (last resort)

ctrl+alt+del -> task manager -> manually close appropriate applications/processes (be careful)

I'd use crt+alt+del right away to see which instances are still running, to let you know how to handle the situation accordingly. Other than that, the methods above should work fine :)
