Hi.

Since I've changed server I'm having some problems with my email. I've searched a lot but can't find a solution and I'm now hoping someone had this problem already and that You can't help me out troubleshoot this problem.

I'm using Google Apps to send and deliver my email but I'm having two problems:

1. The server is treating mymail@mydomain.com as local and isn't delivering it.

e.g. I have a contact form on my website pointing to support@mydomain.com and the emails aren't delivered. Although if I point the form to account@otherdomain.com it gets delivered.

2. HTML emails are broke on most webmail services (Gmail, etc).

This must be some server setup that I'm unaware of because I still have an account on my old server and mail get's delivered ok with the same php scripts.

Thanks for your help.

Please let us know the Apache version and the PHP version from both the old and the new servers. Please also provide version info for your mail program (Sendmail, Qmail, etc.)

It's entirely likely that there are default settings in any of those apps that differ from the old to new servers, and they could have a significant impact on the scripts you are using.
