pop-up window error too

I got this error ever since I started using Win32DisableAcceptEx in the httpd.conf file. Maybe pops up once a day or sometimes three times a day.

Pops up a Windows HTTP Apache error and gives some details:

The files Apache.exe.mdmp and appcompat.txt in a temp file are listed in the details.

Any ideas? I'm on WinXP running Apache 2.0.50.
