Can't get direct install of XPI?

Hi.

I'm trying to get a Firefox extension to directly install from a page. I added "AddType application/x-xpinstall .xpi" and restarted but still can't get the direct extension installation behaviour in Firefox.

I just get a simple file download...

Any ideas?

As a security measure FF will prompt you asking if it is OK to install extensions. Which version of FF are you running? You may want to insure you are running the latest version.
