other country IP address ranges?

I'm blocking out certain countries in my .htaccess file and I need to find out Great Britian, Canada and France.

That would be www.ripe.net, although a search for "IP to country" might result in easier-to-use data.

Try a little creative searching for country by IP, there are many places and there's even what looks like an open source tool for download.
