Rewrite https to http

with 2 exclusions

I want all of my pages to be accessible with http: only (unsecure) with the exception of 2 SSL pages (https).

The 2 exclusions are my checkout page and the thankyou page, both of which are SSL. I have looked at the apache url-rewrite documentation, and it is beyond my current skill. I am fairly new to apache.
