I have a forum where i found my post are being indexed like this.

domain.com/viewtopic,p,131.html
domain.com/t1212.html

these 2 pages are indexed where both the pages represents the same page. the view topic url is indexed likr url only in google. I want only t1212.html to be indexed. can anybody tell me how to do this.

or any idea so that only t1212.html type pages will be generated when rewriting is going on.

thanks a lot

In your robots.txt file:

User-agent: *

your first version of robots.txt should work. One thing though: how are those pages indexed? Just showing the link or are the pages showing completelly with title, description?

pages r indexed but viewtopics, post reply and view forums are also getting indexed although i have disallow them but still coming up.

the main static category, forum and post are coming properly but these viewtopics, post reply and view forums are coming as urls.
i dont want anything to be indexed only main static category, forum and post and user profiles.

what to do.

thanks

You probably need to give it more time.

At a guess the pages were indexed before you changed the robots.txt file. It could take some time for it to update.
