why i was just wondering any easy way to ban all the uk ips or Full uk country from visiting my site?

why <snip> would you want to do that? if your site is behind a firewall, look for IP address ranges UK based ISP's use, block them in your firewall rules or access control lists, although if you ask me it is a bit [unwise] and anyone in the uk (me for instance) using a proxy server online will be able to access your site.
