where can i get the apache api manual?

Hello ,everyone.

I want to use some apache api in my module.But i couldn't find any manual about the api.Where can i get one?

Many of the documents on these Developer pages are lifted from Apache 1.3's documentation. While they are all being updated to Apache 2.0, they are in different stages of progress. Please be patient, and point out any discrepancies or errors on the developer/ pages directly to the dev@httpd.apache.org mailing list.

Has been this wording for at least 3 years.

Last time I asked for help from one of the core developers, the reply included a solicitation for a contract. I took that to be the main reason the source code comments are so cryptic. IIS may not be available in source code, but the api's are completely documented.
