Page Rank After Changing Links

I changed my internal links from linking to files to link to directories. I also included the following code in my .htaccess file:

RewriteCond %{THE_REQUEST} ^[A-Z]{3,9}\ /([^/]*/)*index\.(html?¦php)\ HTTP/
RewriteRule ^(([^/]*/)*)index\.(html?¦php)$ [www\.example\.com...] [R=301,L]

The links that I changed from pointing to example.com/index.html to point to example.com/ did not transfer Page Rank, I knew that this would take some time. Page Rank started showing up for those pages about 5 days ago, but today, no Page Ranks.

Where did the Page Ranks go.
