mod autoindex and symlinks

Can mod_autoindex show symlinks with description describing it's a symlink?

Example:

[mirrorservice.org...]

where symlinks are described as such instead of just being displayed like normal directories/files.

Do I have to make my own index listing generator, or can mod_autoindex do something like this?
