Problem with the "IP Deny Manager"

I'm having some problems with the IP Deny Manager in CPanel. I have no IP addresses blocked, but under the "Current IP addresses being blocked" in CPanel I see "ARRAY(0x95a9860)". This line of text changes with any refresh of my browser, to ARRAY(0x9da7860), ARRAY(0x9d90860), and so on.

What might be the problem? I've checked the .htaccess file, it's ok (No "deny from ..."

Cpanel is an application, and has nothing to do with Apache. I would recommend directing this question to your host, or to a cpanel support forum. It does sound like something is very wrong, the best possibility being a bad install or configuration, and the worst, a hack.
