apache 2.2 upgrade - virtualhosts

I have installed 2.2 and the new conf file uses an include to parse the virtual hosts. I can get it to work but using the same config for my virtualhosts from 2.0 (that is currently up and running) I can not get it to work. I get a 403 from a browser and the error log shows the following message.

[Fri Sep 15 05:03:17 2006] [error] [client 000.000.135.122] client denied by server configuration: C:/htdocs/test/

Could it be a httpd.conf setting that I'm missing somewhere?

What is your current DocumentRoot setting?

Also, check file permissions settings.
