How to install SOAP on apache web server, that is not under my control

I developed a ecommerce site using SOAP and Amazon web services. But now on my server SOAP is not installed, can any body tell me how can i install SOAP on my web server.
Server in not under my control i have only cpanle for my site.

Or i have to use REST calls and recode whole site?

Please help.
