I have an Apache Server on Windows 2003 Server. And I have a website that allows user to watch movies "online" in local network. Movie files are stored on my server, but it's too big, about 200M-1.2G. When a user sees a film, they will be downloaded to temp dir and watch, but wimdows media player do not allow user to seek to any position of that film. I want to adjust something to make user can seek to any position instead of waiting completed download (15/20 mins) and seek later.
