301 permanent redirect

I want to redirect a dynamic link that does not physically exists. Here is the old link (301 permant redirect):

[hfbexecutive.com...]

Redirect to this one:

[hfbexecutive.com...]

Can someone help?

Here is teh redirect code that i using in mt .htaccess file, but it's not working:

Redirect 301 /readers_picks_article_new.php?page=Designed-to-Protect-Your-Design /readers_picks.php?page=Designed-to-Protect-Your-Design
