is it possible to get a log somewhere (on a shared server) what page or whatever, is using the most cpu?

right now my usage is:
Server Up Time: 20:50:56 up 34 days, 8:06, 0 users, load average: 2.89, 3.48, 2.99

and it's been hovering around these numbers for the night. usually it's 0.40 to 0.80 and there isn't very many visitors on my site right now, but i have other sites in my hosting account that could be causing my account to show this much

...or could uploading / downloading a large folder via ftp cause this?
right now i am loading a backup of a forum script to the new server.

not doing any work on the site at present and it reads:
Server Up Time: 10:01:24 up 34 days, 21:16, 0 users, load average: 7.11, 6.17, 4.01

this is from my phpinfo(), but what are the possibilities another user is hogging the resources (not on my account) that is causing these numbers?

all of the other sites on my account receive only a fraction of the traffic mine do (they get maybe 10-20 unique visitors a day).
and i just checked all of them, they all have 0 visitors on right now and there was no abnormal traffic on mine.
