Problems trying to run a shoutcast server

Hi,

I am having problems running a shoutcast server on my server. I have downloaded and set running the SHOUTCast server on my server with little or no problems. It is all set up and set to work on port 8200 (the default is 8000 but it errored saying it was in use).

Now, the problem is that I can't connect to the shoutcast server at all. I am trying to connect using my IP and the port like so, 000.000.000.000:8200. (For the record, I tried using different ports, and the same thing happened).

I can only assume the port is blocked and needs opening and something. But, I run Plesk on my server and it has a firewall module, and incoming traffic is set to "All".

Any ideas?
