Updated Cpanel. now AWStats not updating

Hi,

I've been using AWstats for a couple of years, and as well as it updating daily I've also been able to update it on demand using the update now option.

Recently I had a server issue with a stalled process called something like "realperlinstaller".. I managed to update perl and kill off the processes and the server seemed to be fine. However now AWstats has stopped updating.

When I select the update now link I get this message:

Flush history file on disk (unique url reach flush limit of 5000)

Any idea what I should do to get it going again?
