Banning hard redirect to your site

Hello ,first time being here.
I have a question here hope that saomeone can help me figure it out.

i have a scenario like this ,
i have domain.com and he got domain.net.

so he just hard redirect his domain.net pointing to my domain.com
its just seems like he did the hard word from somebody else.

is there any way to bad him through .htaccess.
i tried http referer still cant resolve that problem.

Yup. i dont want him to hard redirect my my site.
any solution for that?
im using deny ip and host host cant solve that problem.
